My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While I appreciated the updated rooms and enjoyed the oceanfront view, the service was lacking—especially the rude staff member managing wristbands. Additionally, the pool had cleanliness issues that were disappointing. The location was decent, but the parking situation was inconvenient for my guest, which added stress to our trip.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. The customer service was dismal, and my ocean view room barely let me peek at the water. On top of that, the bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable and I felt ignored by management. The only redeeming factor was the location, which was great, but sadly everything else left much to be desired.
